You have to call them. 1800 APL CARE (1800 275 2273). I just did now and they resolved this issue within 5 minutes. Seriously, awesome and fast support. Nice people that assisted me effectively. They will redirect you to Account Security, thats what you want.

Faramarz, you can use Skype to call to 1800 numbers wherever you are in the world, no need to have skype credits or anything.

When I do step 3 and go to that email the email it sent to that email isn't there what do I do?
