how do i change apple ID security questions

I don't know if it's different in Australia, but if you can contact apple support then ask them to help reset your security questions.

they never sent the mail to me. why!? PLEASE . . . IM GOING CRAZY!!! I NEED THIS SONG AND THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT! I just remembered my answers and they said they were wrong and the locked my account RIGHT infront of my face. They said they sent me the mail to reset the questions 8 to 10 times and i have waited 2 weeks and i never got my mail. WHAT THE SAM HILL IS GOING ON!?

and i dont expect you to say i have to call them. i have an ipod 5. my dad's phone number got shut down, my mom is at work. my dad's business phone is dead. cant download a phone app on my ipod. lol

There sending you the email because you do not have a recovery email set up mot likely. At this point I believe you have to options:

option 1:Call apple support(Which apparently you can't do right now)

Option 2: create a new Apple ID, download the song then call later if you still care about the old ID

Worst system ever. My son's 10th birthday today and even though I know the answers to my questions I have obviously entered them slightly wrong and my account is now locked for 8 hours. Can't call now, it's too early in the morning so my only option was to book a time that someone will call me. This is rubbish Apple, I know my username and password and have a backup email address. Why are you treating me like a child? I want to purchase an app, don't you want my money????

Would you rather have someone crack you username and password then purchase a really expensive app or wait 8 hours?

I have a problem with mine. I have the reset button come up but it's not my email thats it's sending it to. Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to T•••••@gmail.com. So if you know how to change it plz tell me

I have different problem then it not showing. It doesn't send to my email. Just to a email with a t and dots. So how do i reset my security questions.

I do not know why it will not send the email(that's the problem I was having) but a simple call will fix it all. Call apple support.
