how to enable delivery reports on iphone 4s?

You're joking, right? There is NO such setting unfortunately... Apple is the only phone maker that doesn't implement this feature into its mobile smart phone. I hope that IOS 6 will have this feature. It's embarassing that low cost phones have this option while paying 700+ eur for a phone won't give you this option (not without annoying prefix codes anyway). Kind regards.

iOS 6 does not contain this either. You have an option with iMessage that you want to send 'message read' notifications to other iMessage senders, but not the industrial standard GSM Delivery Report. I guess this is something against Apple policy otherwise I am not so sure why was not this nuisance and basic thing implemented in the iPhone 1 already (and not even on the 5!!!)

This is simply unbelievable. And basically the only reason why I always went through the hassle of interfering with the IOS with special tools to install this option. I wouldn't be bothering with doing so if this option was available in the original operating system... Unfortunately, with 4S iphonedelivery it's not working. Let's hope that with the new Iphone young and creative software people will invent the possibility to implement it again.

i have iphone 4s io 5.1.1 and i was wondering that in ios 6 this problem gonna to be resolved but no it's the same thing

This is just so ridiculous it's driving me crazy! I had an iPhone 4 then got the 4S but I dobtbloody use it. Guess why. Because I can't get the bloody delivery reports!!

I'd love to know who's the looser that decided to remove this feature from a +700$ "smart" phone when a 30$ Nokia and a million other phones have this feature.

And you'd think that after all the complains they would have this fixedin the new phone. Well think again. It seems the same loser(s) is still in charge!!!

I'll never get another iPhone until someone gets their head straight and decides to have this fixed.
