Can't select Quick Cluster while using 'Send to Compressor'

I have a quick cluster set up in Compressor 4, which works just dandy when I open Compressor by itself to process existing video files. But when I use the 'Send to Compressor' sharing option in FCPX, the only option that shows up is 'This Computer'. The quick cluster isn't even offered as an option. I've turned sharing on/off, but other than that I don't have any idea. Anybody help here? This is really slowing me down! Thanks!

Thanks. I've left feedback and I'm now on the phone with Pro Support. The first question I asked was "Does Apple support quick cluster processing in Compressor with the 'Send to Compressor' function in FCPX, and the service rep said 'Yes'. And then he wasn't able to see a quick cluster when he tried it. So I asked him "Is this something you guys need to fix? On hold now while he 'checks things out'....

Well, the supervisor level support rep said that 'This computer' is the only option because all the cores are accessed already and performance would be the same as with a quick cluster. I didn't believe him, because it seemed like the jobs I was submitting to the quick cluster were processing faster, but alas, I just did a test with a 4 gig Pro Res file to Vimeo standard, and both ways took the same amount of time. I just didn't get a bunch of cool looking progress bars parallel processing in the Share Monitor. Oh well. Like I said, this was my first time...
