Songs previously listed in iTunes Plus available for upgrade are no longer there. Has this happened to anyone else?

Songs previously listed in iTunes Plus as available for upgrade are no longer there. I have upgraded songs in the past and had about 25 left in the iTunes Plus list. They are all gone. Has this happened to anyone else?

I contacted Apple Support earlier this week. After not initially understanding my complaint, I referenced our discussion here and I believe that the message got across. I have received confirmation and my correspondence with Apple follows below. I greatly appreciate the folks at Apple for sticking with me in regards to this matter and not dismissing it as "human error". 81 songs have been added as of this afternoon and I am thankful to be able to upgrade these tracks.

That's interesting. I was told the opposite by Apple Support; they will no longer allow us to upgrade. I've sent a complaint to this address: http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunesapp.html. I urge anyone who is having this problem to let Apple know how angry we are. I stated in my complaint that, if Apple was ending the DRM-free upgrades, they should have at least warned us so that we could have a grace period to upgrade our songs.
