if i forget my security question

I have the same problem and I try to reset it by sending it to my other email ... But I didn't receive the mail to reset the security question ....

i didn't get an email when i chose the reset security answers, what do i do ?
yup, having the same problem with no rescue email, I tried contacting them, but they redirected me again, for god's sake I am willing to spend money - let me do it -.-" This issue really needs to be sorted, fast.
