Would anyone know the preferred video encoding specs for iPhone 4 - both HD and SD files? Many thanks in advance.

Don't know about which is preferred, but the options are shown under "TV and Video" here: http://www.apple.com/iphone/iphone-4/specs.html.

Seems to have worked fine, but took about 35 hours to encode on a Quad-Core Mac Pro. Next time I will be sure to make an Apple Intermediate Codec file first; assume now that situations like this are meant for AIC files.
