Upgrading RAM on my PowerBook

Hi,

I own a PowerBook G4, Mac OS X (10.3.9). I also own a Sony Vaio VPCW212AX. I have recently upgraded the RAM from 1GB to 2GB on my Vaio. As this Vaio model only has one RAM slot, I had to buy a 2GB RAM stick instead of adding a 1GB RAM stick to the exisiting 1GB RAM stick. Now I have a spare 1GB RAM stick. Can I install this into my PowerBook?

Here are the specs for the surplus 1GB RAM stick. It came with the original machine...

1GB 2Rx16 PC2 - 6400S - 666 - 12 (made by hynix KOREA 04).

The PowerBook has 2 RAM slots. One of them is already occupied with a 1GB RAM stick.

Any advice most gratefully appreciated,

LEAO
