HELP!!!!!!!!!!
My Ipad was stolen out of my car today or possibly lost by my child---can I locate it through the icloud from a home computer when I did not have the Find my Iphone app installed on it?

If you did not have Find My iPad enabled on the iPad then no, there is no way to locate it.
If you think that it was stolen then you should report it to the police. As a safety precaution you should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.
