Any advice? Which drawing app to choose for my iPad 2?

I am a drawing lover, these days i have tried many ways to practicing my drawing, using a lot of tools such as bamboo. Now i have gotten an iPad 2, but i have no idea how i can draw with it? Will it provide me as good experience as bamboo? I found that there are lots of apps in the itunes store, but i just don't know how to choose, is there anyone who is familiar with the iPad drawing apps and can give me some advices? I want multiple stroke effects. Please help! Thanks!

'Paper' My girlfriend whips up some master pieces on this. Its free but then you have to download all the pens etc.

Thank you so much! Your advice seems to be reasonable, now i think i need the two, i will use Paper at home, and SketchBook at work, so perfect! 😀 Yeah, maybe i will buy some extra pens!
