com.apple.mdk.ams-error-domain error 3 in configurator

I am getting Unable to restore device. The operation couldn't be completed. (com.apple.mdk.ams-error-domain error 3.) in configurator trying to restore a backup to an iPad 2 during an upgrade to 5.1.1.

iPad 2, Unable to restore device.

I think this error is the result of trying to restore a backup from a different iPad. I was able to select a previous backup and was successful. Can someone validate this?

Nope... The backup was from the same iPad. Guessing that the backup has a problem with DRM or corrupt...
