Can I monetize videos with garageband loops?

I created music for two videos using garageband and tried to monetize them. Youtube is saying that it is 3rd party conent, so I disputed the claim. Any advice? It seems insane to me that this could happen when apple says they provide royalty free sounds/loops.

It would appear from the forum discussions that once a video with Apple loops is flagged, you can mention HT2931 but the video will be in the 'Under Review' Limbo for ever. The 'big company' is effectively unlawfully claiming ownership and therefore copyright of an Apple product, which then impacts on Apple product users.

After much grief, my personal work around is NOT TO USE Apple loops in any video I want to monatize in YouTube. Its obviously in the interests of Apple to sort this out.
