How do I make my faders on my mixer more exact?

Here's my issue. I have a BCF2000 mixer hooked up to my Logic Pro 9. However, the faders aren't exact enough in their scale or levels. For example, if I'm trying to move from a 3.2 volume level to a 3.3, it'll jump from 3.2 to 3.5. There has to be a setting or something that I can change to make this scale more exact right?

Thanks so much in advance. Not being able to get these numbers right without going back and forth, taking about 15 seconds, is rendering my mixer useless at this point. It's quicker to use my mouse (which is why I bought this mixer in the first place!)

I remembered. I've checked and I'm definitely able to move the faders in .1db increments. However, when I insert a MIDI monitor between the physical input and the sequencer input, I can see no data when I move the faders. If I hit my keyboard (same MIDI interface) i desplays the notes, if I move the mod wheel or pitchbend I can see it, but no joy with the faders......

Uses a proprietary protocol, 12-bit I think, much higher resolution.

The thing is... I think the Behringer has high resolution faders and also has a "Logic/Mackie Control Emulation" which should allow for higher fader resolution. It may be as simple as downloading a driver from Behringer and then selecting the Logic/Mackie control surface in Logic.

I'm just starting to remember some of this.. it was a couple of years ago, if the OP does a search I bet he will find something on it.
