After backing up my iPhone I see "rsquo;s" attached to the name of my iPhone backup. What's up with that.

That is code for an apostrophe, or the right side of a quote mark. Do you have a quote , or apostrophie in whatever you named your phone?
I know the rsquo&s name is appearing on several independent iCloud snyc accounts for no reason. I've stopped syncing to iCloud, as I think security is hacked and no Apple rep has stepped into this with any kind of reply. Disappointing. I guess Apple now too big to support fundamental issues like this. I'll just use less features going forward.

I didn't either... Google. But it makes sense.. Right Side Quote. RSQUO. But why it would show up as his phone's name... I dunno.
