how do I scan from my epson Printer using my Macbook Pro

I don't have any buttons above the printer name :-(

I'm running 10.7.4 and I just downloaded all the newest drivers from Epson. How do I get that nifty scan button? Thank you

Im not sure why you dont have those buttons...I'm running 10.7.4 as well...What printer do you have?

hmm...thats frustrating. I say call or email Epson and ask them.

have you deleted the printer from the system prefs..and tried to add it again?
