how to disable an iphone?

So my laptop recently got stolen. My iphone was also still synced to that laptop. Except i have competely locked myself out off it and have tried ot many times to guess it. And i am unable to disable the iphone because i can not connect it to the laptop it was sycned to. So i was just wondering is there anyway to access the locked iphone even tho it is disable? because i was hoping to get all my stuff off it. Or is there anyone to restore it? because when i connect it into my new laptop it says its locked with passcode and i need to connect it to the sycned computer. Please help!

Because I didn't need to tell the cyber world that I went away and my

House got broken into and my **** got stolen? So of course I would leave details out.

"them" as the man that fixed my iPhone screen.

But you know what I know I didn't steal it and know the real story but you think what you want.

Also the thing is I could prove its my iPhone.
