Steps:
1) Go to appleid.apple.com
a) Click on manage my account
b) Log in
2) Click on the button on the left that says password and security
a) You should see your security questions and underneath that, a button that says something about sending it
to your rescue email address. Click on that and follow the procedures to send an email to your rescue. If
you don't see this button, then continue to the next steps.
3) If not, click the button that says support on the top left corner
4) Find contact support and click get started
a) Click on iTunes then iTunes store then:
b) Account Management>Lost or Forgotten Apple ID Password
c) Follow the onscreen instructions. Then it should boot up a page titled solutions. Choose the solution that
best for you.
