On my Ipad, I got JavaScript Error, and load with blank page, please help me!
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 5.1.1
I did all this, all of your setting, even reset, deosn't solved this issues.

Yes, same login (account) on the server? How it solved the blank page problems
No on the ipad2 same iOS 5.1.1 I only used safari browser for my iPad 3
settings > Safari > Private Browsing
You have that enabled right? Bet it works if you disable it 😉
