I am absolutely clueless with what pluging it would be, I know nothing about plugins accept that when I go to the Soldiers Angels site it has message no plugin I clicked on it and it said to download flashpoint 10

Not flashpoint 10 it's FlashPlayer 10. As explained here http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1533 you had an old, dangerous FlashPlayer installed and it was disabled.

Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ and download the 10.3 update.
