I'm sorry but I don't see any "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys." or similar in Keyboard preferences. Where should I look for this setting?

This version works with macOS 10.12.5 (Sierra).

It needs an updated driver since it isn't an Apple mouse.
