Chrome is so slow on Mac OS X 10.7.4

I recently updated my Mac Book Pro to the new Lion (10.7.4) Operating System. Is anyone experiencing really slow perfomance? I am particularly experiencing slow perfomance online while on the internet; using Chrome. My internet pages are stalling and/or take a while to load. Is this releated to the operating system or memory?


Please share your thoughts and a POSSIBLE WORK AROUND! Thanks.
