I have a cd stuck in my MacBook Pro. How can I get it out?

Thanks for the tip, Kappy! I was able to successfully eject the cd using the drutil eject command.

I tried everything in this post to no avail. Then I tried jacksonbrookssharpe's suggestion (without the fingers) while hitting the eject button. Worked like a charm. Weird huh? Thanks Jack!

tried this, it didn't pull the cd out, but then i tried jacksonbrookssharpe's method, and enough of the cd came out that I could pull it out.

Thank you for this very simple tip. worked first time. I just squeezed the base lightly to stop the CD and out it popped. Easy.

Perfect advice. Turned the MacBookPro over, squeezed underneath, and enough of the DVD stuck out for me to pull.
