You need to get your phone officially unlocked. However, only Fido & Rogers offer official unlocking in Canada. If your carrier is not one of those two, you cannot get your phone officially unlocked. If that's the case, sell it before you move to Australia & purchase an unlocked iPhone when you get there.

she brought her iphone to her country and she want to bring it to australia and use it.

Sorry, but there is no way to get that phone officially unlocked. Have her mail it back & then sell it. If you decide to "hack" it to unlock it, you're on your own.
