How do I block spam emails? I keep getting virus emails that freeze my iPad, iPhone and MacBook pro. I cannot delete them,

Are these emails with no date, etc? If yes, do a reset on your iPad. They are not viruses.
They have a time that the message came in but the message doesn't open...it just freezes everything. I downloaded a threat feed app from mcafee and I don't understand all the threats but there are so many. Executing remote code execution, etc..., too many to count.
There are no viruses on iOS devices that can do remote code execution, etc.
How do I get rid of virus emails? I cannot even delete them bc they freeze my computer.
