hi everyone,
i faced problem when downloading ios 5.1.1. the process always incomplete everytime and cant be resume. any good suggestion or other method? i try use internet download manager but seems cannot.

If you are getting a network timeout error then try temporarily turning off all your firewall and antivirus software until the download has completed.
If that also doesn't work you could try downloading the update via a browser :
