If you can't remember your answers, then from a few posts up :

If you have a rescue email address on your account then you can use that to reset them :http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

I logged on to Apple ID clicked on password and security to change my security questions but it wants my old ones which I forgot first! Now I have to go onto my iPod to buy anything so it means I can't get rid of it! Apple needs to fix this security question problem. If ANYONE knew their answers why would they contact apple for help on trying to change them!?

If you had put a rescue email address on your account then you would have a reset link on that Password & Security screen. As you aren't getting the reset link then you haven't done that and you will need to contact Support to get them reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address to your account in case you need to use it in the future
