If I forgot my security question answer how do I reset the question

Me either!

I forgot my answers to my security question.... I am not from the states but I am using an USA account...I can't reach or schedule a call with apple support due to the differences in time zone..anyone can help please??? I still have 20 bucks in my account!!!!

I don't even think I would have remembered the answers to my security questions in the first place but what bugs me is that even though I know my password, I can't change my password because I need to know the answers to the security questions. So **** frustrating Apple. There has to be a better way!!!

I just put in a 25 dollar gift card for itunes, tried buying an album and it wont let me because i forgot my security questions. ***?!?! i tried everything but calling them

That only works if you know your security info

I've tried that, But it's asking me to answer them.. I cannot answer my questions when I can't rememeber the answers.

I know what you mean i have got a gift card and i put it in and now i want to buy some app but no i cant because i need my security question. I'm am starting to hate apple.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then use that to get them reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

If you don't have a rescue email address then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

For future reference those who have this problem go to this link, follow the basic steps and you will have your questions easily reset 🙂

Step 1: Go to http://apple.com/

Step 2: Click Support

Step 3: Click iTunes

Step 4: Scroll all the way down and click Contact Support

Step 5: Click Contact iTunes Store Support

Step 6: Click Password and Security Questions

Step 7: Click Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions

Step 8: I clicked talk to Apple Support Now it lists a wait time. Took me about 10-20 seconds after I pressed contact and entered my information to recieve my call.

Step 9: Enter your contact information then click continue

Step 10: You will receive phone call and they will reset it for you.
