This casing is useful for example, on an Address field. It would be good if the OS had this option for developers.

Title case is very hard to read in large blocks.
Like Meg said, it's not supported. It's not the way people normally write words. It's actually very distracting to the reader, in my opinion.
If I recall correctly, Word used to offer Title Case as an option under formatting. I have used it for titles.
It might be useful for address fields, but not as a wholesale setting as requested by bknebels.

I'm pretty sure it does as I've certainly had apps that, in certain fields, do use title case.
