I download this update and got error message saying the file was corrupt. How can I send e-mail to apple?

hi, the update was from my computer and it was Leopard Security Update 2012-003 thks
thks very much, but I tried and when I was installing I got a message :
Leopard security update 2012-003 can't be installed on this disk. This volume does not meet the requiriments for this update.
I got enough disk space!!!!!!!!!!
