I am trying to set up my husbands iPhone with iCloud. We have a MobileMe family pack & I'm trying to set it up using his email address from the family pack. It's coming up as our main MobileMe account.
Once you have been through the process of migrating your husband's address to an iCloud account, you will need to then migrate each individual's address into an individual iCloud account. There are no family iCloud accounts.

There is no equivalent of the Family Pack in iCloud. Each member of your family can have their own separate iCloud account with their own separate Apple ID and password.
If you want everyone to use the same Apple ID and password with one iCloud account, then you can also do that but it will prevent each of you from having their own separate iCloud account. All iCloud accounts are free.
