Where do I find the newest GarageBand that will install on pc?

Where do I find the newest GarageBand that will install on pc? I have a fairly new Dell and can't quite buy a new Mac so I'd like to get GarageBand on my PC to open up some .band projects that I had created on an older PowerPC Mac. Thanks!

there is no version of GB that will run under Windows, nor is there any WIndows based software that can open GB's files, i'm afraid.
