Today my apple tv 3rd gen fallen in an infinite reboot loop.
Same happend first installation day than worked 2 weeks fine Till 3 hours ago....
At the installation infinite loop disappeared by itself on day later...
May network relies on a time capsule last gen and iTunes lateest Version on a win 7 pc.
Home sharing activated now only on atv

You can restore by geting yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
However , even should it work, your symptoms suggest it is something connected to your Apple TV that is causing it a problem and that something may re-occur.
The reason I suggested another TV was to some extent location and not just a different TV, I don't know if that's possible, I appreciate it's a lot of work.

Now is working again!!!
Made NOTHING just left atv disconnected even from power a couple of hours!!!! Unbelievable now suddenly works as suddenly stopped working yesterday! Maybe a hw problem???? Im afraid one day will stop working again...
Hav pe you any suggestion about cheks I can do now which can help me in the future?
If you are saying it is now working after disconnecting it from the power and other connections for a period of time, then I'm afraid I am back to the opinion I posted some time ago, which is that something connected to the Apple TV is causing a problem and corrupting the Apple TV, which is then being resolved once the cables are disconnected. What that something is I'm afraid I do not know, and without being able to test it in different locations, with different cables, different TVs etc etc I'm not sure how you are going to find out.
I made same produre 10 times at least now worked...don't know really why...
