I don't have a digital copy disc for Chronicle. How do I download the digital copy?

I bought the blu ray steelbook of Chronicle which only contains one blu ray disc. However, when I enter the digital copy code into iTunes, it tells me I need the digital copy DVD. I found online that fox had given the wrong codes and that iTunes had fixed it but it is still not working for me. How do I make it work?
