You're going to need an AirPrint enabled printer. Look at the link below for more information. (there are lots of AirPrint enabled printers, take a look at various manufacturers websites as well.)
You can go the suggested route of purchasing a new printer or you can see if one of the printing apps available in the iTunes App Store would enable printing to the current printer.
The other option is to connect the current printer to your network or your computer by USB and activate/install AirPrint on your computer.
