Iphone photo sort order post itunes update

i have the same problem,after the latest update are now sorting by date and no by name 😟 pls help!!!

problem here too.

photo sorting was an issue in previous versions of itunes, but it had been sorting by name properly for the past couple versions. 10.6.3 broke it again... :-(

it's sorting the photos by "date created" rather than file date, which may be fine in some instances, but not always. wish there was a way to select what sort mode to use...

Remove the selected albums in the iTunes Photos section for Sync.

once unchecked Sync.

Then select the albums you want and sync again

Negative. Already tried this, it does nothing. This is an iTunes 10.6.3.25 bug.

yup. no luck here either.

i uninstalled and went back to 10.6.1, deleted the photo cache directory, removed photos from phone and re-synched and all is ok now.

Did you revert to iTunes 10.6.1? How did you do that?

I'm running the latest iTunes and my albums are fine. Just wait for an update if you believe its a bug

Welcome to Technology my friend. Why do you think there are bug reports within software? Beta testing software cannot find everything. That is why end-users have the ability to report bugs and feedback to the software designers.

Hmm. But I thought iTunes, the iPhone, the iPad, and Apple were all "magical" and "just works", hmmm....??????
