A few months ago I bought my iPad2 + WIFI -3G and I'm very happy with the performance of my iPad and now I see the brand new presentation of the iOS6 and in small letters it says that only Siri will be available for iPhone4s and New iPad, FaceTime over 3G will not be available for iPad2 Skype works fine on wifi and 3 G will continue using skype for that.....
I am disillusioned with Apple.

OK have to throw my iPad and buy the new iPad, will have to throw my iPhone and buy the iPhone 4s.

No, but when it is available the new iOS I want to run all allowances and not partially.
it's really disappoining that the iPad2 will not have Siri, after the iOS 6 upgrade. I am sure the iPad2 RAM, processor and mic are good enough to run Siri. Such artificial restricions on software is really not appreciated.
Its obvious Apple wants people to buy the new iPad, but the iPad 2 is far from obsolete, even if Apple tries to make it so through such forced restrictions. Siri is old enough technology to be made universally available on all iOS devices.
I agree completely. I have friends who are jail breaking iPads to get the dictation feature and it works fine. So this is just Apple holding back on features. Disappointing choice to make for its customers.
