All pages, or only some? If only some, please give an example.

Some pages, here is one http://www.nalc.org/depart/citydel/pdf/Letter%20Carrier's%20Daily%20Log%20-%20Fi llable.pdf. It is fine at the home page. The more I look at it, it seems to be pdf pages.
Back up all data.
Quit Safari. In the Finder, select Go ▹ Go to Folder... from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Copy the line of text below into the box that opens, and press return:
/Library/Internet Plug-ins
From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then launch Safari and test.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.
I just tried this and ther are no PDF files in the folder.
Select Help ▹ Installed Plug-ins from the Safari menu bar. Besides the following, what plugins are listed?
iPhotoPhotocast
Java
QuickTime
Shockwave Flash
WebKit built-in PDF
I have the same problem - on some sites when I go off the home page the screen goes black. I do not have this problem on my Imac running 10.8.2. On the plug in side I have:
Adobe Acrobat NAPI
DivX Helper
Flip 4Mac Window media plug in
Harmony remote plug in
Java Applet
Quick Time 7.6.6
Sharpoint
Shockwave
Silverlight
Web kit
Any suggestions
