I am having a license key issue. The requirements of the license key are that the first and fourth section are lower case letters. The software key I received has a 0 in the fourth slot. When installing the OS, it will not allow me to type a 0 there.

When installing the OS, it will not allow me to type a 0 there. This is the software key I was given. It is printed on two stickers on a piece of paper in the manual packet. It is a printed zero and not an o. It is right next to other zeros so I can tell. To rule it out, I tried an o also andits not it. I beleive I given a bad serial number. How can I remedy this?


This is MAC OS X Server 10.4.
