Yup I want to know either.
Search the Support KnowledgeBase for whatever ails you and it will offer you various articles. As you read through them each has an option to post directly to here on the issue. This preformats the listing here, and those are the Article Numbers...
So, okay, the HT articles and the TS articles are Apple Knowledge Base articles.
Does the "HT" stand for "How To", and, does the "TS" stand for "Technical Support"? Or, something else...

It's been 30 months since this topic was active. I suspect Apple's naming and indexing may have changed in that time.
Yes, I am aware that it has been 30 months since this topic was active.
Even given this amount of time, it is doubtful that Apple would have changed their naming conventions for reference articles in the Apple Knowledge Base.
Of course, things do change, so, Apple may have changed their naming protocol.
I don't believe indexing is pertinent to this question.
In any event, I have done the usual due diligence of online searches, and my curiousity remains.
