Hi viber team

My friend is in Iran, she used her viber (iphone 4s unlocked) to call me here in canada, but from a few days ago I can not hear her voice while she can hear me, she has the same problem with all her contacts, she has no problem with regular calls and she has also updated her viber and re-installed it a few times bit it did not solve the problem

i have this problem my viber app in my iphone 4s it crashed everytime i tried to open it. i tried to re installed it. but in my android its working and i tried to installed it in my ipad and it didnt crashed. i dont knw what happened it suddenly crashed after i updated the latest version. please help!

It could be that the network you are connected to is blocking Viber's traffic.

1. First, please try uninstalling and reinstalling Viber when connecting to a few different WiFi networks (in order to pinpoint the source of the problem). What are the results?

2. Also, please make sure the following ports are enabled ("forwarded") on your routers or firewalls:

TCP: 5242 + 4244

UDP: 5243 + 9785

(if you are not sure how to enable ports, you may contact your router manufacturer)
* Also, it may be the Viber has been blocked in her region in Iran. In this case, she may have to contact the Iranian authorities for more information.

What error messag exactly do you see when it crashes? Or what exactly happens? Simply a white screen?

Actually have a problem with viber and did not know where else to start...

Have been using viber on new iphone 4 for the last few days. works great.

suddenly since this morning anytime I try to text a UK contact my phone just exits viber and goes to the iphone home page. i can call her with viber, just not text and same for her she can cll me but not see or send my texts.Viber still working for texting another US contact. Any ideas please??

Please try to reboot Viber on both sides, and also - both sides can try deleting the message history entry with each other, in Viber's Messages page.

Hello! I've been using and enjoying viber for more than a year now but this morning I woke up and my viber's not working. I am in Saudi Arabia now and I've been hearing rumors that they will remove access to viber here. My internet is working good. I have access to other apps but viber. Pls help me.

I am having a problem with stupid viber and also alarm clock on my Iphone 5.

So during phonecalls my phone is still vibrating if someone sends msg and that is annoying but also crazy alarm is ringing and still I am on the phone talking...how to sort this out, maybe it will sound crazy but believe me I cant figure it out...
