Why is my photo booth not working

Try a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. The screen will go blank and then power ON again in the normal way.] It is app and data safe!

Quit the app and restart the iPad. I the camera app is in the task bar, close it as well.

Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down the app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus ➖ sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Tap the home button.

Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

The only other thing that I can think of that may be worth a shot (other than restoring your iPad) is to reset all settings. If you do that, you will have to enter all of your app and device preferences again - like pick your wallpaper, adjust your screen brightness - settings like that. It is not as radical as restoring the iPad. On the other hand - it may not do any good at all.

Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

-Thank you Demo-it worked- I found the task bar - closed all the open apps & turned off my ipad. Waited a couple of minutes and restarted my ipad and both the camera & photobooth are now working!!
