Apple Remote Desktop update 3.5.2

since Apple Remote Desktop update 3.5.2 when I access to a computer using two screens I get black screen or partial displays

Mac OS X (10.6.8)

On two 10.6.8 Macs licensed for Apple Remote Desktop Admin, after the 3.5.2 update, the admin tool now opens with no available window of managed computers and no means to view such a window - "dead in the water." So far, the only option seems to be re-install 3.5 and update only to 3.5.1.

Unfortunately, one of my two screens died two months ago. Due to the shortage/disappearance of 4/3 19" matte screen, I decided to wait for the death of my second screen…


However, I wondering if you ever try to use "Screen Sharing" (⌘K in the Finder, vnc://ip_or_hostname) instead of ARD for the visualization?? It might possible that the bug is not existing within Screen Sharing, and of course you can still use ARD for "advanced" functions (report, install, etc.).
