Cintiq pen led up but not funcitioning, what's wrong?

I called Wacom and the problem is solved. If you're trapped on the cintiq monitor and the wacom pen is not working. Use your mouse to change the system preference back. The mouse will jump to the cintiq screen if you place it far to the end corners, in my case the right corner. On the cintiq screen you can go to apple, then system preference and change your display back to your laptop.

For the unresponsive pen, it was due to the software. I deleted the previous wacom software installed in utilities and downloaded and reinstalled the one as told by wacom, the wacom pen then came to life. I hope this helps those who runs into this problem.
