I just read somewhere that if you buy a MacBook Pro (or any other Mac) from the online Apple Store with a student discount that it is a refurbished one you get. This because it's with student discount.
Is this true?

It's not the back to school campaign but just buying from the education store.

I dont think thats right, if I ordered a retina macbook, would it be refurbished already?
It shows that it is regularly $2199 (USD) but with $200 off, and that is the price of a new model.
So this means that products you buy from the online Apple Education Store are new products, they are not refurbished ones?
