How do I see two channels of audio on clips?

I have Final Cut Pro X.

I've imported clips from SDHD card into final cut. I recorded two channels of audio but I'm not seeing them. Wondering how to access these. I am only seeing one channel of audio in the timeline.

Thank-you.

Yeah, you assign a mix level for the two channels when recording but I still thought it would record two separate channels, since I'm seeing two levels in my monitor while recording. Thought I'd be able to manipulate those two separate channels in Final Cut. May not be the case. I'm still wondering if it is actually just recording one channel to the card - combining a mix of the two channels into one. Hmph! Thanks for your advice Tom.
