when i open mail on my mini mac it tries to delete all my emails in my hotmail account over a week old. but hotmail does not delete theminstead it moves them to a pop3 folder. but because they are no longer in my inbox i loose all my emails on my iphone.
any help wold be great i just cannot find the setting to change to stop this from happening
Open Mail's preferences, select the account in the account's tab, and check mailbox behaviors and advanced tab for settings on deleting messages.
