Thanks for the feedback guys, but maybe I haven't explained myself correctly so I'll simplify:
Previous to a few weeks ago, a colleague had his Exchange Calendar on his iPad.
His PA would set an appointment via her Desktop Windows PC into his Calendar and set a colour (using outlook 2010).
This outlook appointment would filter through to the ipad under a particular colour.
The PA would create another "appointment" in a different colour, and this would filter down to the ipad with this other colour.
This way, colours were used as a visual to distinguish between different types of appointment.
Since whatever happened last week/two weeks ago - this functionality no longer works.
Yes, we can set an "event" on the ipad and choose a particular colour (on the ipad) and can change the "general" colour of the appointments in the calendar but this is no good really. May as well have the calendar in black and white as the only way to distinguish different types of appointments/events on an ipad is to solely manage everything from the ipad!
Does this explain what has happened? Up to two weeks ago the ipad had this functionality, but now it seems to have just gone....
