How do I submit a complaint about an Apple store?

If you want to send Apple feedback do so at Apple Feedback. If you want to resolve your issue with the specific store then call the store manager. We are all users like you. We cannot resolve your problem.

We're all users here and have no idea how the Apple Store at Yonge and Dundas (Eaton's Centre) nor Apple can help you if you're venting out in the user forum.

Kappy is right, call and talk to the store manager. If you still are not satisfied, call the 1-800 number and tell them you want to lodge a complaint about a store and they will transfer you. They also send out surveys after your appointment and you can lodge a complaint through there and they will call you. I have done that and they listen. It helps to if you have a name. If they never showed up to meet with you, then you won't have a neme. I would report it though.

Google Apple HQ in California and call them, find the name of a senior customer support executive. I've done it this way and Apple takes how you treated seriously.

Tell the swtichboard at Apple HQ calmly who you should speak/complain to about your store experience and they will put you through to the right office. Then get their name and fax. Then FAX them what you have discussed as this shows you mean business.

Just calling Store Manager will not get you far...
