Fakepath attachment

Please help! When sending an attachment, it says C:/fakepath before the name of the file..what makes this happen? How do I fix it? Is this a virus? This is compromising my business please help as soon as possible...

That isn't anything to do with the website. It is what the browser is sending to the site. The browser is following HTML 5 specifications about the path of the file being uploaded. The specifications says the path needs to be masked with c:\fakepath. For a mac it would be c/fakepath. I know that Firefox doesn't follow this specification but Safari, IE, Chrome and Opera do. I hope this answers your question.
