Can someone explain step by step to me how to reset my security questions? I am trying to download some music videos to my ipod. Sadly I need to answer my security questions. O: Please Help A.S.A.P !

1) go to your internet, enter web page appleid.apple.com
2) Choose 'Manage your account'
3) Enter apple ID and Password
4) Choose password and security on the left of the screen
6) Change the security question
7) Save Change Button
Ikr me too! Except it works on iPod 4's for me? I use a different email on there but still!? What?

This did not help at all it just gives the old ones I don't remember
Call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to the Account Security Team.

I have the same problem, but with one difference; I DIDN'T SET THEM UP, AT LEAST ONE OF THEM. SO HOW IN THE **** AM I'M I SUPPOSED TO ANSWER A QUESTION I DIDN'T SET UP. This really ****** me off and as far as syncing them. It comes up differently each time. I didn't back up my files to the cloud ever, the time before it was 4 weeks. Also when I run diagnostics it tell me something different each time. Especially that it doesn't find my iPhone. If your confused by what you just read imagine how I feel. I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving I'm also paying for songs that have the same title but is in a different album. How the F_ _K was I supposed to remember, when at first the
app I was using was supposed to. If I write any more my language will get further out of control and I wind up with a migraine. I doubt that anyone has any answers for me, because I see the same questions from all of you. Nite.....
